RadarHost

Service Terms

What you are buying, and what we do not promise. These terms describe the RadarHost game-server service as it actually runs: one machine, monthly Canadian-dollar billing, a full game control panel, and no service-level agreement. Read the sections on backups and on what is not promised before you order.

Issue date: 2026-09-01. This version applies to orders placed on or after the issue date.

Who provides the service

RadarHost is the operating name of a small independent game-server hosting operation reachable at radarclips.shop. Accounts, orders, invoices and support run on the Paymenter storefront at billing.radarclips.shop. Game-server control runs on the game control panel at panel.radarclips.shop. Formal entity and registered-address details are being completed; until they are published here, correspondence goes through the authenticated ticket desk. RadarHost operates from Canada and bills in Canadian dollars.

What a plan includes

An active plan gives you one game server of the size shown on the product page, running in Beauharnois, Quebec, Canada, with control panel access: console, file manager, SFTP, scheduled tasks and power controls. Player-slot counts on the product pages describe the configuration RadarHost provisions, not a measured performance guarantee. Actual performance depends on your mods, plugins, world size and player behaviour.

RadarHost currently operates a single machine. There is no automatic failover to a second machine and no secondary region. If that machine is unavailable, your server is unavailable.

Your account

You are responsible for everything done through your account and through your game panel, including anything done by sub-users you invite. Keep your password and panel credentials to yourself; RadarHost staff will never ask for them, and you should never put a password, card number or bank detail in a support ticket. Give an email address you can actually receive mail at, because server details, invoices and suspension notices are sent there. One person may not open multiple accounts to work around a limit in these terms or in the refund policy.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars at the price shown on the product page at the time you order. There is no setup fee. Payment is taken through the payment option offered at checkout on the billing storefront, currently PayPal, or a credit card processed by Square; card and account details are handled by that payment provider, not by RadarHost.

A plan renews each month until you cancel it. Cancel from your account before the renewal date to stop the next charge. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not by itself refund a charge already taken, which is covered by the Refund Policy. Prices can change for future terms; a change will not be applied retroactively to a term you have already paid for.

If an invoice goes unpaid, the service can be suspended and, after a further period, deleted along with its data. Renewal reminders and overdue notices go to the email on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use a RadarHost server to break the law, and do not use it for any of the following:

  • attacking, scanning, flooding or otherwise disrupting other networks or services;
  • sending spam or operating a mail relay;
  • distributing malware, credential stealers, botnet controllers or cheat-injection services;
  • hosting or sharing sexual content involving minors;
  • publishing content that harasses, threatens or targets a person;
  • distributing software or media you have no right to distribute;
  • mining cryptocurrency; or
  • reselling RadarHost capacity as your own hosting product without written agreement.

You are responsible for the content, mods, plugins and community on your server, and for complying with the licence and server rules of whichever game you run. If someone reports your server, RadarHost may need to act on the report before it can be fully investigated.

Suspension and termination

RadarHost can suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, for a breach of the acceptable-use section, for activity that threatens the stability of the shared machine, or where a provider or authority requires it. Where the situation allows, notice goes to your account email first and you get a chance to fix the problem. Where the activity is causing active harm — an outbound attack, for example — the service can be suspended immediately and the notice follows.

You can close your account at any time. On termination for cause, RadarHost is not obliged to refund the remainder of a term.

Backups and your data

Included backups are stored on the same infrastructure as your server. They are not off-site, and they will not survive a failure of that machine. Treat them as a convenience for undoing your own mistakes, not as disaster recovery. Download copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — worlds, saves, configuration, player databases — to somewhere you control.

Your game data is yours. RadarHost accesses it only to run and support the service, to investigate an abuse report, or where required by law. After a service is terminated or deleted for non-payment, its data is not recoverable.

What is not promised

RadarHost does not offer a service-level agreement. There is no uptime percentage, no guaranteed response time, no restoration estimate, no compensation or credit for downtime, and no automated monitoring or status page in this release. Maintenance, reboots and provider-side network events can interrupt service without advance notice.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, RadarHost is not liable for lost game data, lost revenue, lost player base, or other indirect or consequential loss, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid RadarHost for the affected service in the month the problem occurred. Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. The issue date near the top of this page is the current version date. A change that materially reduces what you get will be reflected here before it applies to a new term; continuing to use the service after that point means the current version applies. This is an operational document written in plain language. It is not a claim that every applicable law has been reviewed, and it is not legal advice.

Orders are placed on the billing storefront. These terms apply to every order placed through billing.radarclips.shop. Questions about them go through the ticket desk.
