RadarHost

Refund Policy

One window, 48 hours, once per customer. A first RadarHost server can be refunded if you ask within 48 hours of the order. That is the whole guarantee. Everything below explains how to claim it, what sits outside it, and how to stop a renewal you no longer want.

Issue date: 2026-09-01. This policy applies to orders placed on or after the issue date.

The 48-hour window

If your first game server with RadarHost is not what you needed, request a refund within 48 hours of placing that order and the amount you paid for it is returned in full. The window is measured from the time of the order, not from the time you first logged in. It is available once per customer — one person, one household or one payment method cannot claim it repeatedly by opening new accounts.

You do not have to justify the request inside the window. Telling us what went wrong is welcome and helps fix it, but it is not a condition.

What sits outside the window

Outside the first 48 hours, monthly charges are not refundable, in whole or in part. Specifically:

  • Monthly renewals of an existing service are not refundable, including a renewal that took you by surprise. Cancel before the renewal date instead.
  • A second or later server on the same account is not covered — the window applies to your first order only.
  • Part-months are not prorated. Cancelling mid-month stops the next charge; it does not refund the current one.
  • A service terminated for non-payment or for breaking the acceptable-use section of the Service Terms is not refunded.
  • Downtime is not compensated. RadarHost offers no service-level agreement and no downtime credit, as the Service Terms state.

Nothing in this section removes a refund right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

How to request one

Refunds are handled through the ticket desk so there is a written record on both sides. Email and social messages are not a refund request.

Step 1
Sign in at the billing storefront and open the ticket desk
Step 2
Put Refund request in the subject
Step 3
Give the invoice number and the server name
Step 4
Send it. The ticket timestamp is what counts against the 48 hours

Do not put a card number, bank detail or password in the ticket. RadarHost never needs them to issue a refund.

How the money comes back

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that took the charge. RadarHost cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or person.

RadarHost does not promise a processing time. Once the refund is issued on this side, how quickly it appears is up to your payment provider and your bank, and it commonly takes several business days. The refunded service is cancelled and its data — including backups, which sit on the same machine — is deleted. Download anything you want to keep before you send the request.

Stopping a renewal

The reliable way to avoid a charge you do not want is to cancel before it happens. Sign in at the billing storefront, open the service, and cancel it there. Do this before the renewal date shown on the service; a cancellation entered after the charge has been taken applies to the following month, and the charge already taken is not refundable under the section above.

Cancelling ends the service at the end of the period you have paid for, and the server and its data are removed at that point.

Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, open a ticket first. A chargeback filed without contacting RadarHost freezes the account while the payment provider investigates, which is slower for you than a refund and usually ends the ability to buy here again. A charge you genuinely did not authorise is different — report that to your payment provider straight away, and open a ticket so the account can be secured.

Changes to this policy

This policy can change. The issue date near the top of the page is the current version date, and the version in force when you ordered is the one that applies to that order. This is an operational document written in plain language; it is not legal advice and it is not a claim that every applicable consumer law has been reviewed.

This policy applies to every order placed through the billing storefront. Request a refund from the ticket desk within 48 hours of your first order; the ticket timestamp is what counts.
